It wouldn’t be the Super Bowl if we didn’t get a bunch of new blockbuster trailers. Today, Paramount revealed a look at one of their highly anticipated films in a new teaser set to air during the big game this weekend. Get a closer look (listen?) to A Quiet Place: Day One in the teaser below.
The film serves as a prequel to the successful A Quiet Place flicks, which follow a family trying to survive in a world overrun by blind but noise-sensitive alien creatures.
The upcoming feature, Day One, invites fans to “experience the day the world went quiet.” It takes place when the aliens first arrive on Earth and begin wreaking havoc on humanity.
The movie comes from director Michael Sarnoski and stars Lupita Nyong’o, Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff, and Djimon Hounsou.
A Quiet Place: Day One officially premieres in theaters this summer, June 28.
