With 2022 coming to an end it is once again time to look at some of the most valuable Star Wars Funko Pop! figures of the year. If you are a Pop! collector, then you already know what kind of prices these plastic bobbleheads can rise to. Some that have been collecting from the beginning possibly could have a few of these grails in their collection. Others may have emptied their wallets to get that must-have Star Wars grail in their collection. Either way, collectors will do everything in their power to get the best of the best. Top 10 Most Valuable Star Wars Funko Pops! Of 2022
When it comes to Funko Pops most collectors know you have to be fast to get some of the rare and valuable. From exclusives to limited numbers these Pops! can reach values in thousands of dollars. So for this list, I am sticking to the straight Star Wars Funko Pop! figures and not including the Freddy Funko mashups. Also, I will not be including autographed Pop! valus as well.
10. Luke Skywalker (Stormtrooper) Trending Value $1,100
The Luke Skywalker (Stormtrooper) Funko Pop! was released in 2011 at ECCC and was limited to 1,000 pieces. This piece has been up in down the past few years but at least one has sold for over $1,200 in the last 90 days.
9. Greedo #7 Blue Box – Trending Value $1,310
The Greedo blue box Funko Pop! comes in at number 9. Greedo was released in 2011 in the regular line of Star Wars Pops! This figure was not a limited run but has increased in value a lot since its release.
8. 501st Clone Trooper – Trending Value $1,720
The 501st Clone Trooper was an SDCC 2012 exclusive release. The Clone Trooper only had a run of 480 making this a hard piece to get your hands on. In the past year, one sold for $2,200 but in the last 90 days, the next highest price is $1,699.99.
7. Ahsoka (Hall H Exclusive) – Trending Value $1,800
Now this Pop! is a very interesting one that was released this year. It seems that two of these Pops! from a run of 500 somehow got into the hands of some lucky collectors (one was autographed). No one is really sure where the other 498 are but I’m sure collectors will be watching and getting ready to snag these up once they are released.
6. Biggs Darklighter – Trending Value $1,900
Biggs Darklighter was a 2012 SDCC exclusive. Just like the Clone Trooper Biggs was also limited to 480 pieces. Also if you are looking to grab one you might want to do it soon. This Pop! has been on a value rise with one going for $2,159 in the last 90 days.
5. Shadow Trooper – Trending Value $2,340
We are now at the halfway point of this top 10 list with the Shadow Trooper. This Pop! was a 2011 DSCC exclusive that was also limited to 480 pieces.
4. Chewbacca (Flocked) – Trending Value – $3,090
We are getting near that number one spot, and coming in at number 4 is the flocked Chewbacca. Chewbacca was released in 2011 as an SDCC exclusive limited to 480 pieces.
3. Boba Fett (Droids) – Trending Value $2,380 (Celebration) and $3,680 (SDCC)
Coming in at Number 3 is one of the most feared Bounty Hunters in the galaxy, Boba Fett. The Boba Fett (Droids) was a 2013 SDCC exclusive limited to 480 pieces and a Celebration Europe Exclusive limited to 1000 pieces.
2. Luke Skywalker Funko Fundays (Final Battle) (Gold) – Trending Value $4,770
Coming in at number 2 is the Jedi Master Luke Skywalker. This all-gold Funko Pop! is very limited (80 pieces) and was released in 2019 as a Funko Fundays Exclusive.
1. Holographic Darth Maul – Trending Value $6,240
Staying at number 1 from last year’s list is the Holographic Darth Maul Pop! This glow-in-the-dark sith lord was an SDCC 2012 exclusive that was limited to 480 pieces.
