At long last, Spy x Family anime fans can now rejoice! We finally have our debut date for the upcoming season 2. Along with a pair of new key visuals to go along with that announcement. Don’t believe me? Then why not check out those visuals below, and see the mirrored gag for yourself?

Spy x Family Season 2: Details

The official Twitter account of Spy x Family has just posted a Tweet detailing new news about the upcoming season 2 of the anime. Along with a pair of new key visuals to go with it to boot. You can see the first one above. Fans of the manga of the same name by Tatsuya Endo will recognize that Titanic-esque cruise ship from its story arc. While that arc does feature Anya in a major role, it’s really Yor who’s the star of that arc. It will be great to see what the anime does with the action, drama, and ridiculous comedy of what Yor does on that cruise ship.

That second key visual for Spy x Family season 2 above looks a bit familiar, doesn’t it? Yeah, it’s a mirrored key visual from the first one. You can turn your head upside down to view this second key visual in the first one, but it’s a bit tough on your neck, so it’s a lot easier to just have the visual do it for you. Anyway, this second key visual prominently shows off the slice of life elements of the anime. Along with Anya’s by now memetic grin. All it takes is one look, and you can see why it’s such a meme.

Best of all though, both key visuals reveal exactly when we’re going to see the anime in action. Apparently, Spy x Family season 2 will make its debut on October 7, 2023. Presumably, Crunchyroll will stream it here in NA region just like they did for all previous season of the anime. Tune back in to THS later to find out if this is the case when we hear about it.
