Megadeth are celebrating with a live-streamed show titled Megadeth: They Only Come Out At Night Live At Budokan. On February 27th, former guitarist Marty Friedman will join Megadeth after 23 years away for the one-night-only show. You can buy tickets for the global live stream event here: https://driift.link/Megadeth.

As for the setlist for the event or the extent of Marty Friedman’s performance, that’s not known at this time. Megadeth recently released a new album The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead! last year to worldwide acclaim and sales records for the band. The event will only be available on demand for 2 days and then it’ll likely be made available for purchase or available on home video.

Marty Friedman played in the most successful version of the Megadeth lineup on the albums Rust In Peace, Countdown to Extinction, Youthanasia, Cryptic Writings, and Risk. Since then, Friedman has been busy with plenty of solo work, and other musical ventures, but has never come back to the band that made him famous.

We’ll have to see how the whole live stream turns out when it airs on February 27th.
