About Nevermore Academy

Have you ever been told you’re different? Odd? Or simply don’t belong? In a world full of Normies, do you feel like an Outcast? If yes, there’s a very special place for people just like you… Nevermore Academy.

Nevermore Academy crest

Nevermore Academy was founded in 1791 to provide an educational haven for the supernaturally gifted Outcasts of the world. Named in honor of its most famous graduate, Edgar Allan Poe, the boarding school is home to werewolves, vampires, sirens, gorgons, and a spectrum of other students with uniquely chilling gifts. Nestled in the secluded woods of New England, the school grounds are just a brisk 25-minute walk away from the picturesque town of Jericho, one of the original Pilgrim settlements.

How to apply

To join Nevermore’s class of 2027, simply visit the school website, NevermoreAcademy.com, to apply. Answer a few quick questions, fill out your contact information, and you’ll receive a reply from Nevermore Academy this fall.

While you’re browsing the site, you can learn more about the school and its notable alumni, including Edgar Allen Poe and Morticia and Gomez Addams.

About Wednesday

The series is a sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams’ years as a student at Nevermore Academy, where she attempts to master her emerging psychic ability, thwart a monstrous killing spree that has terrorized the local town, and solve the murder mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago — all while navigating her new and very tangled relationships at Nevermore.

Wednesday premieres on Netflix this fall.
