For those waiting to sing along with the cast of Sing 2 from the privacy of your own home, you don’t have to wait much longer. The sequel to the hit 2016 movie is coming to digital today, March 1st! Thanks to Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. They have also given an exclusive clip you can watch down below as if you needed any more persuading to get this family fun movie
Set after the events of the first movie, Buster and the gang are doing great in their small town. But, Buster, the ever-ambitious koala, wants more. He wants to take his show to the big city and perform for the entertainment mogul Jimmy Crystal. At first, Crystal does not care much for their show. That is until Buster promises to bring Clay Calloway.
Unfortunately what Buster fails to mention is that he does not even know Clay Calloway. Oh, and Calloway has been a recluse for the last 15 years. He has not played since his wife passed away. Buster must now convince Calloway to come to perform for them or else Crystal will make sure to “take care of” Buster.
This is a film about courage, friendship, and overcoming one’s fears. Not to mention it is a film with fun musical numbers brought to us by our animal friends. Friends who are voiced by an amazing ensemble of stars. Such as Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johansson, Reese Witherspoon, Bono, and so many more.
