OK for those that take the time and read my articles, first off I want to say thank you. For the ones that do know how I am about rumors. Yes, they are fun to write about, but like I always say please take what you are about to read with a grain of salt. With all that said, you might want to take more than a grain for this rumor floating around the Marvel Universe. There is an exclusive report that just came out that is saying Kevin Feige is looking at Star Wars: The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson to possibly do a Marvel Film.

Will Rian Johnson Be Heading Over To The MCU

I already know there are going to be so many mixed feelings about this, but in an exclusive report from Giant Freaking Robot, they are claiming that Kevin Feige is eyeing Rian Johnson to be part of the Marvel Universe.

“The latest Giant Freakin Robot exclusive has it, from our trusted and proven source, that Kevin Feige is setting his sights on one of the best directors out there and wants Rian Johnson to helm a Marvel film sooner than later.”

The report would go on to say that as of now they are not clear on what project Johnson would be working on. What is interesting about this is technically Johnson’s new Star Wars project (whatever it is) has not been officially canceled by Disney. Even with many fans claiming that Johnson ruined Star Wars after The Last Jedi. Of course, there is the other side that loves it and is wanting to see what he can do with his own story. Maybe now they will get that chance with a Marvel movie. Whatever the outcome is I’m sure this rumor will get a lot of people worked up.

Again I’ll say one more time. Please take all of this as a rumor! None of it has been confirmed by Marvel or Rian Johnson. So please don’t throw stones at the message.
