It’s a full moon tonight, and that means one thing… the trailer for the first Disney+ Marvel show airing in 2022. Moon Knight stars Oscar Isaac, Ethan Hawke, May Calamwy, and Alexander Cobb. Jeremy Slater is the head writer with directing duties going to Mohamed Diab and Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead. The comics see Mark Spector become the living avatar for the Ancient Egyptian moon god Khonshu. He suffers from dissociative identity disorder and falls into a deadly war of gods with his multiple identities.

Here’s the official synopsis from Marvel and Disney+:

The series follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.

Moon Knight is scheduled to debut on Disney+ in March. It spans for six 40-50 minute episodes. You can read more about the release date or that, and the other Marvel shows on Disney+, right here.
