It looks like the entire Guardians of the Galaxy squad may show up in Thor: Love and Thunder.
Chris Pratt previously confirmed an appearance in the upcoming Thor flick. However, we didn’t know if Star Lord would appear alone or alongside his ragtag team of friends. While appearances from the other Guardians have yet to be confirmed by Marvel/Disney, new photos from the Daily Mail seem to suggest Star Lord won’t show up alone.
Photographers captured Chris Pratt landing at Sydney airport this week, presumably in preparation to begin filming for Thor: Love and Thunder. Nothing new there – but Pratt wasn’t alone.
Actors Karen Gillan (Nebula) and Dave Bautista (Drax) were also photographed arriving in Sydney. So unless there’s another secret Marvel production happening, it seems safe to assume we’ll see Nebula and Drax pop up in Love and Thunder.
And if we’re getting Peter Quill, Nebula, and Drax already, adding in our CGI favs Rocket and Groot doesn’t seem too far-fetched either.
The cast for Thor 4 certainly seems stacked. Tessa Thompson will reprise her role as Valkyrie. She also recently hinted that fans could expect to see more familiar faces in the upcoming movie. Were the Guardians of the Galaxy crew the appearances Thompson meant? Or do fans have even more to expect from Love and Thunder?
The upcoming Thor movie will also see the return of Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster and Jaimie Alexander’s Lady Sif.
