Well with the last trailer for The Rise of Skywalker hitting tonight it seems that Disney and Lucasfilm wanted to give us a little surprise today before it is released. In a teaser that has been exploding all over the internet shows us some amazing new footage that will make any STAR WARS fan go nuts! Check out the teaser below:
The Rise of Skywalker Teaser
There are a couple shots in this trailer that are interesting but it is the second one that broke the internet. The first shot shows a group of TIE Fighters flying to what looks like mountain covered in ice surrounded by water. While this looks amazing it is the next scene that brings up the most questions.
The Ghost and a few others return.
When you see this clip, you are greeted to what looks to be a Rebellion fleet lead by the Millennium Falcon. But after you get past noticing that the Falcon has its round dish back you also see what looks to be the Ghost from STAR WARS: Rebels to it’s right. What is also amazing about this short clip is there also appears to be a Nebulon-B Frigate and a Hammerhead Corvette as well. Who is flying these ships? Could we see Hera or even Jacen Syndulla? Whoever it is we will have to wait for tonight or December to get more details.
