Do any of you recall when I announced the release date for Clash: Artifacts of Chaos a while back? I mentioned previously that the release date had been sometime in November 2022. As you might’ve noticed, that is very much wrong, since November has come and gone, and we didn’t get that game at all. Alas, the game suffered some delays in development. Fortunately, there is hope, and that hope comes in the form of a new official Steam Wishlist trailer. Complete with a new release date. You can check it out below:

Clash: Artifacts of Chaos ~ The Actual Release Date?

Is it just me, or does this developer make the weirdest critters?

ACE Team is busy hyping up Clash: Artifacts of Chaos with a new Steam Wishlist trailer on YouTube. Said trailer is very short at 36 seconds long, with only 30 seconds of it being the actual trailer. However, ACE Team seems determined to pack as much content into it without really giving anything away, purely for the hype.

That 30-second long trailer for Clash: Artifacts of Chaos starts us off by introducing us to the gambling mechanic, which serves to set up battles by either giving you an advantage or a handicap, depending on which way the dice roll. Other than that, the trailer gives us an earful of the mysterious main character: Pseudo. He’s an enigmatic martial artist who has a personality that might be familiar to anyone who’s watched The Mandalorian. The fact that he’s defending a small, feathery child from mysterious attackers led by an evil villainess only makes his resemblance to Din Djarin all the more uncanny. But yeah, it seems both ACE Team and Jon Favreau simply read the same source material. It seems the Lone Wolf and Cub formula is a popular one.

With a little gambling mechanics thrown into the gameplay.

But anyways, the Steam Wishlist trailer will obviously take you to the game’s Steam page. There, it reveals that Clash: Artifacts of Chaos will finally see a release on February 9, 2023. Of course, it will only hold true if this release date doesn’t experience any more release delays. Fortunately, the release date is only 2 months away as of this writing, so it won’t be a long way to find out. You can’t preorder it yet though, so the game’s price will likely be unknown right up until release. In the meantime, you can wishlist this game on Steam to alert you when the game does finally release. Or you can tune back into THS later to find out when we do.
