It looks like The Quintessential Quintuplets will have its story continue in anime film form in The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie. It looks like we’ll finally even find out which of the sisters Futaro marries. Or well, we can certainly hope so, and it’s all thanks to Crunchyroll to boot. They’ve even prepared a brand new trailer for us to celebrate the occasion. Check it out below:
The Closing of 4 of the 5 Romantic Gates?
Crunchyroll is proud to announce that they’re bringing The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie out of Japan (since the anime film made its debut there back on May 20, 2022) for a global release, starting with that official trailer on YouTube above. Now we’ll finally get to see how this love polygon between Futaro Uesugi and the Nakano sisters ends in this apparently very final conclusion in anime film form. Even better, we even have the theatrical debut dates for this anime film.
According to Crunchyroll: The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie will premiere in US and Canadian theaters on December 2, 2022. For everyone outside NA, your theatrical debut dates might come later, or even earlier than that. If you do end up watching the anime film earlier than the rest of the world though, do try not to spoil it for the rest of us, okay? If you want the full list of which countries will get to watch this anime film on what dates, then check out said list below:
- October 31 in Italy as a special event screening
- November 3 & 4 in France as a limited release
