Bonjour! The hit comedy series, Emily in Paris season 2 is almost here and Netflix has finally dropped and trailer and a poster!

What is Emily in Paris?

From the brain of Darren Starr (Sex and the City), Emily in Paris follows a 20-something American girl named Emily (Lily Collins). After an unexpected job offer, she moves from Chicago to Paris! After tons of culture shock, awkward love affairs, and using her American-ness to become a terrible person. Yes, sleeping with your friend’s boyfriend makes you terrible. However, it seems with season 2, the Gabriel drama is only the beginning.

Darren Star loves mess and so do I. So, it’s no surprise Emily in Paris is Netflix’s most-watched comedy series of 2020. Season 2 was inevitable. Diving right back in where we left off, Emily is torn by what she did with Gabriel. Wasn’t he supposed to be moving?! Now, even more, confused by the eccentricities of another culture, she is still trying to find her way as an American girl in Paris.

Season 2 of the show will be 10, 30-minute episodes. Returning to the series are Lily Collins (Emily Cooper), Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (Sylvie Grateau) Ashley Park (Mindy), Lucas Bravo (Gabriel), Camille Razat (Camille), Samuel Arnold (Luc), Bruno Gouery (Julien), William Abadie (Antoine Lambert). As well as a fun Recurring Cast: Kate Walsh (Madeline), Jeremy O. Harris (Gregory Elliott Dupree), Arnaud Binard (Laurent G), Lucien Laviscount (Alfie).

Now more entrenched in her life in Paris, Emily’s getting better at navigating the city but still struggling with the idiosyncrasies of French life. After stumbling into a love triangle with her neighbor and her first real French friend, Emily is determined to focus on her work — which is getting more complicated by the day. In French class, she meets a fellow ex-pat who both infuriates and intrigues her.
