You better watch out, you better not cry, Zoey’s Extraordinary Christmas is coming to Roku! After season 2, the series was canceled by NBC and fans were begging for the series to be picked up by another network or streaming service. Unfortunately, Roku hasn’t picked up the series or another season (yet!), but we do get a Holiday Movie!

WHAT IS ZOEY’S EXTRAORDINARY CHRISTMAS?

Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist centers on Zoey Clarke (Jane Levy) a computer coder making her way in San Francisco. After an unusual event, Zoey starts to hear the innermost wants and desires of the people around her through songs.

Picking up where season 2 left off, Zoey (Jane Levy) and her family are on their first holiday without their father. So, Zoey takes it upon herself to attempt to create a magical Christmas for her family just like the ones Mitch used to do. In this first look, Zoey and Mo (Alex Newell) are at the mall. Of course, Mo’s overwhelming love for Christmas causes him to burst into the Holiday Classic, “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year.”

Zoey’s Extraordinary Christmas debuts on Roku on December 1st and will bring back our favorite cast members:  Mary Steenburgen, Skylar Astin, John Clarence Stewart, Andrew Leeds, Alice Lee, Michael Thomas Grant, Kapil Talwalkar, David St. Louis, Peter Gallagher, and Bernadette Peters. Also, Choreographer Mandy Moore, who won an Emmy for her work on the series, will return!
