Press Conference Weekend for E3 is kicking off next weekend. Unfortunately, neither Sony nor PlayStation will be at the event this year. However, Electronic Arts (EA) will be in attendance at E3 2019. A focus of the company’s involvement will be their EA Play event. And while the company won’t be having a conference of their own this year, The EA Play event is going to be showing off game play for some of the most anticipated games for the year. That includes Respawn Entertainment’s much anticipated Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
Jedi: Fallen Order to Feature at E3
EA and Respawn revealed the trailer reveal at Star Wars Celebration back in April. Since then, this game has become one of the most talked-about games of the year. As it’s a single-player story-based game with no micro-transactions, this is going to be something every Star Wars gamer will get. (Yes, even those who complained about Battlefront I and II!)
The EA Play livestream will be on Saturday, June 8th, starting at 9 AM PST. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order gets its showcase 30 minutes later at 9:30 AM.
It’s unknown what we will see from Jedi Fallen Order, but the reveal trailer from Celebration did show off a good chunk of what to expect from the story. One of the highlights of getting to see more Fallen Order footage will be seeing actor Cameron Monaghan in the story’s central role. The real excitement, however, stems from the game play.
From wall running, to use of the Force, to even the Inquisitor reveal, this game is going to have everything a Star Wars fans would want from the project.
It’s going to be exciting to hopefully see some game play from the new game. Hopefully we’ll be treated to a full game play trailer reveal, as well.
