“Las Tres Sisters” is now in theaters. This feature film from Myriad Pictures follows three Mexican-American sisters at different points in their lives who come together to follow in the footsteps of their beloved grandmother. Together, they take the audience through Mexico to complete a traditional pilgrimage and repair their relationship.
A CHAT WITH THE CAST
With the release of “Las Tres Sisters”, I spoke with the cast. It was a full house that included Cristo Fernández, Virginia Novello, Marta Méndez Cross, and Valeria Maldonado. During our conversation, we talked about their chemistry as sisters on screen, as well as the traditional Mexican pilgrimage that is now able to be showcased to audiences everywhere. ABOUT “LAS TRES SISTERS”
Facing the realities of life’s ups and downs, three sisters reunite. After years of estrangement, to complete their beloved Grandmother’s pilgrimage through rural Mexico.
With an old map, no hiking experience and their lives unraveling around them, the sisters encounter hilarious and touching experiences on the Talpa de Allende trail – that is until Kin, a local with a dark past, brings them together in order to reach the Miracle that awaits at the end of the trail.
