So far this year has been pretty exciting for STAR WARS fans and Disney+. With shows like The Clone Wars and The Mandalorian coming to Disney+, and STAR WARS: The Rise of Skywalker hitting the theaters in December, Star Wars fans will have a lot of new content to process. Well, it looks like they are not done with the exciting news yet. According to wegotthiscovered.com Disney is now working on a Boba Fett project for Disney+.

Boba Fett on Disney+
That’s right Boba Fett fans, it looks like we are finally getting the show we have been wanting for a long time. We Got This Covered said:
“Speaking exclusively, an industry insider revealed that Disney will be adapting Boba Fett for the small screen. Specifically, for their Disney+ streaming service.”
With that being said, there was no casting or plot details released.

So Fett fans, this could be what we have been waiting for. After being let down when the first rumored Fett movie was canceled, it looked like The Mandalorian was the closet thing we were going to have to a Fett show or movie.

With Boba Fett making his first screen appearance in 1978 in the STAR WARS: Holiday Special ,we got a short glimpse of this mysterious bounty hunter. Fett then made his first movie appearance in STAR WARS: The Empire Strikes Back. He was later on added to A New Hope for a quick cameo. We also got to see a younger Fett in Attack of the Clones and The Clone Wars. The last moment we get in Fett’s timeline is in Return of the Jedi. There Fett was knocked into the Sarlacc Pit and never heard from again.
