Prime Video’s Daisy Jones and the Six is probably my most anticipated show of the year! I absolutely LOVE the book by Taylor Jenkins Reid, and when a series was announced ecstatic doesn’t even describe my feelings. Then casting announcements followed and almost every person came straight from my imagination.

Now, Prime Video has finally dropped the Official Trailer, as well as “Regret Me” from the fictional 1970s band. So, yes, this will be my personality for the rest of the year.

OFFICIAL TEASER TRAILER FOR DAISY JONES AND THE SIX!

WHAT IS THIS SERIES?

Their Music Made Them Famous … Their Breakup Made Them Legends.

Daisy Jones & The Six is based on Taylor Jenkins Reid’s best-selling novel about a fictional band in the 1970s. The story is told interview style and retells the rise and fall of a renowned rock band.

In 1977, Daisy Jones & The Six were on top of the world. Fronted by two charismatic lead singers—Daisy Jones (Riley Keough) and Billy Dunne (Sam Claflin)—the band had risen from obscurity to fame. And then, after a sold-out show at Chicago’s Soldier Field, they called it quits. Now, decades later, the band members finally agree to reveal the truth. This is the story of how an iconic band imploded at the height of its powers.
