Just when you thought it was safe to be at home, This Is GWAR is heading to Blu-ray, Digital, DVD, and VOD. The documentary that originally aired on Shudder, is now available for any at-home consumption. If you missed the documentary, here’s what you’re working with.
The powerful story of the most iconic heavy metal/art collective/monster band in the universe, as told by the humans who have fought to keep it alive for over thirty years. The feature documentary includes interviews with members of GWAR, both past and present, as well as other artists including Weird Al Yankovic, Thomas Lennon, Alex Winter, Bam Margera, and Ethan Embry, also including never before seen footage of legendary GWAR frontman Dave Brockie.
The Blu-ray and DVD feature content that isn’t available anywhere else like Behind the Scenes of a GWAR show, GWAR from the Outside, “The Legend of GWAR” featurette, and the Last Interview with Dave Brockie.
