What’s creepy, kooky, and coming to Netflix soon? Wednesday Addams, for one!
But Netflix has a ton of exciting horror projects coming up. During the streamer’s special fan event Geeked Week, we got a closer look at a bunch of upcoming scares. Netflix has tapped a ton of prolific horror creators, including Mike Flanagan and Guillermo del Toro, for new shows.

Wednesday (New Series)
From the imagination of Tim Burton comes WEDNESDAY — a twisted new series coming soon to Netflix. WEDNESDAY — starring Jenna Ortega in the title role, alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzman, Gwendoline Christie, Christina Ricci and more — is a sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams’ years as a student at Nevermore Academy.
Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities (New Series)
The maestro of horror – Guillermo Del Toro – presents 8 blood-curdling tales of horror. This anthology of sinister stories is told by some of today’s most revered horror creators, including the directors of The Babadook, Splice, Mandy, and many more. Stars appearing in the series include Ben Barnes, Rupert Grint, Essie Davis, Sofia Boutella, Andrew Lincoln, and Crispin Glover.
The Midnight Club (New Series)
At a manor with a mysterious history, the 8 members of the Midnight Club meet each night at midnight to tell sinister stories – and to look for signs of the supernatural from the beyond. Based on the beloved Christopher Pike book series, and brought to life by the creator of The Haunting of Hill House, Mike Flanagan.
Locke & Key (Season 3)
After their dad’s murder, three siblings move with their mom to his ancestral estate, where they discover magical keys that unlock powers — and secrets. Locke & Key season 3 premieres August 10th.
Warrior Nun (Season 2)
After waking up in a morgue, an orphaned teen discovers she now possesses superpowers as the chosen Halo-Bearer for a secret sect of demon-hunting nuns.
Resident Evil (New Series)
Year 2036 – 14 years after Joy caused so much pain, Jade Wesker fights for survival in a world overrun by the blood-thirsty infected and mind-shattering creatures. In this absolute carnage, Jade is haunted by her past in New Raccoon City, by her father’s chilling connections to the sinister Umbrella Corporation but mostly by what happened to her sister, Billie. Resident Evil premieres July 14.
All Of Us Are Dead (Season 2)
Trapped students must escape their high school which has become ground zero for a zombie virus outbreak. All of Us Are Dead will return for season 2 on Netflix.
The Sandman (New Series)
A rich blend of modern myth and dark fantasy in which contemporary fiction, historical drama and legend are seamlessly interwoven, The Sandman follows the people and places affected by Morpheus, the Dream King, as he mends the cosmic — and human — mistakes he’s made during his vast existence. The Sandman premieres August 5.
