Paramount revealed the title in a quick video posted to social media, which shows the logo come to life with the expected fantasy flair.
We don’t have many other details about the film yet. But in the Twitter thread with the title animation, the film also shared a quick tease.
“Our journey begins in The Forgotten Realms but there is still much we don’t know. Is there treasure to be found? Any chance of survival? Is there Honor Among Thieves?” the second tweet reads.
While plot and character details remain under wraps, we do have a list of stars attached to the film. Expect to see Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Regé-Jean Page, Justice Smith, Sophia Lillis, and Hugh Grant.
Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves comes from directors Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley. The duo also co-wrote the screenplay, along with Michael Gilio. The film’s premise comes from the tabletop roleplaying game Dungeons & Dragons.
