Dragon Ball DAIMA is the latest in the very long-running Dragon Ball anime series. It’s also the final one featuring Akira Toriyama as the story writer for the anime. In fact, this is a posthumous production after Toriyama passed away back in March 2024. It really makes this particular anime series quite special in so many ways. That’s not even counting the rather unique story it has to begin with.

Thus, you can understand why Dragon Ball DAIMA having their own exclusive panel event at New York Comic Con 2024 (NYCC 2024) would be such a big deal. Exactly what do they have at that panel, you might ask? Well, let’s find out more about this together, shall we?
