Creature Commandos is turning out to be a rather odd show. Not least of which is because it’s based off of a rather obscure comic book originally set in WWII. However, DC Studios and Warner Bros. Animation have decided that a WWII setting isn’t entertaining enough, and have decided to update this upcoming animated series with a more modern setting. Don’t believe me? Then why not check out DC’s new teaser trailer for this series yourself, and see if this is something you want to take a gander at when it makes its debut for yourself?

Creature Commandos: Teaser Trailer Details

I’m definitely getting Suicide Squad vibes from this.

At the “Jim Lee & Friends” panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2024 (SDCC 2024), the new official teaser trailer for Creature Commandos made its just as official debut, and promptly got a rerelease on YouTube for all those who aren’t attending SDCC. The trailer even reveals when we’ll get to see this adult animated series by James Gunn. According to it, this show will make its eventual debut sometime in December 2024. As you can see by the logos, this show will be an HBO Max exclusive, so you will need a subscription there to watch it.
