The R-rated feature loosely adapts one of William Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies, Much Ado About Nothing. The modern story follows Bea (Sydney Sweeney) and Ben (Glen Powell). They look like the perfect couple, but after an amazing first date something happens that turns their fiery hot attraction ice cold – until they find themselves unexpectedly thrust together at a destination wedding in Australia. So they do what any two mature adults would do: pretend to be a couple.

In addition to Sweeney and Powell, Anyone But You also stars Alexandra Shipp, GaTa, Hadley Robinson, Michelle Hurd, Dermot Mulroney, Darren Barnet, and Rachel Griffiths.

The film comes from Sony Pictures, who would like you to know the movie features “the revitalized, phenomenon hit single “UNWRITTEN” by Natasha Bedingfield.” (Don’t get me wrong. It’s a great song. I’m just not sure why the fact that it’s in the movie is specified as a selling point.)
