As it turns out, Castlevania: Nocturne is just as big a hit as the original Castlevania series was. 5 days after this animated dark fantasy action series made its global debut on September 28, 2023; it had already reached the Top 10 on Netflix‘s English TV list. Not only that, but 40 countries also agree with that English TV list, since this animated series also made the Top 10 in those countries too. Thus, you can see why Netflix is renewing this animated series for a second season. Don’t believe me? Netflix is proud to announce that Castlevania: Nocturne will be getting a season 2 via that official announcement video above on YouTube. This upcoming season 2 will once again feature the work of animation/production companies Project 51 Productions and Powerhouse Animation. Sam Deats and Adam Deats will return to direct season 2. Finally, Creator/Showrunner/Writer Clive Bradley and Showrunner Kevin Kolde have a message to all us Castlevania fans about this upcoming season 2. You can read their message below:

Alas, that’s all Netflix has about this upcoming Castlevania: Nocturne season 2. Netflix doesn’t have a cast or even a release window yet for it. You know, since they just began work on it?
