Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1 started the final arc of the anime. No really, they mean it this time. Studio MAPPA promises. Alas, when the first part of the final chapters aired on March 4, 2023; it was in Japanese only with English subtitles. Fortunately, we here in NA region are soon going to get to see this episode in English. And by that, I mean English dub. Don’t believe me? Then why not watch the new trailer for that English dub below, and hear everyone speak in English for yourself?
Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1: English Dub Details
Crunchyroll has just released a new trailer for the upcoming English dub of Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1 on YouTube. Said trailer is…exactly the same as the original Japanese audio with English subtitles trailer. At least, in terms of animation. Obviously, the audio is different this time because it is the English dub trailer, but that’s the only difference.
As for the English dub lines themselves in this Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1 English dub trailer? Well, they seem to convey the right amount of drama. I only heard one actor give some stilted lines, but that’s it. It’s honestly better than I thought it would be. Maybe the rest of the English dub performance will surprise us when we finally get to see it.
As for when that will be? Well, Crunchyroll reveals that the English dub of Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1 will make its debut on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 10:30 PM Pacific Time. As you might expect, you can currently only watch this English dub on Crunchyroll.
