Netflix has renewed Ginny & Georgia, starring Brianne Howey and Antonia Gentry, for a third and fourth season. This news comes after the announcement of Sarah Glinski (Degrassi: The Next Generation) being named showrunner for the upcoming seasons. She is replacing Debra J. Fisher, who served as showrunner on the first two seasons.

Ginny & Georgia is also in Netflix’s Top 10 Series of all time. So, the renewal comes as no surprise!

Ginny & Georgia is a coming-of-age comedy-drama streaming television series created by Sarah Lampert that premiered on Netflix on February 24, 2021. The series stars Brianne Howey and Antonia Gentry as Georgia Miller, a 30-year-old single mother, and her teenage daughter Ginny, respectively. The series follows the Millers as they move to Wellsbury, New England, where Georgia tries to build a new life for herself and Ginny.

Season 2 of Ginny & Georgia picks up with the mother and daughter duo trying to navigate their new life in Wellsbury. Ginny knows one of her mother’s biggest secrets and has a difficult time processing it. However, throughout the season the two come together and are stronger than ever…or are they?

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF GINNY & GEORGIA SEASON 2?

The season 2 finale of Ginny & Georgia ended with a bang and a lot of unanswered questions. Ginny broke up with Marcus. Georgia confessed everything to Paul who surprisingly supports her. however, at their wedding, she is arrested for murder. The question is, which one?

I’m so glad Netflix has renewed one of my favorite series for 2 more seasons. This gives the storytellers plenty of time to flesh out the story and give fans exactly what they want!
