Marvel Studios’ Loki season two will debut on Disney+ on October 6th, 2023. The news comes from Disney’s Upfront presentation for advertisers that went on today.
Loki picks up after the events of Avengers: Endgame, in which an alternate version of Loki created a new timeline. Imprisoned by the Time Variance Authority, Loki must either face being erased from existence or help the TVA fix the timeline and stop a greater threat. It stars Tom HIddleston, Ke Huy Quan, Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Owen Wilson.
The new six-episode season comes from writer Eric Martin, with Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead co-directing most episodes. The duo recently worked on another Disney+ Marvel series, Moon Knight with Oscar Isaac.
This is a developing story.
