It seems Amazon Prime Video is really keen on Batman these days. Especially in the animation department. How else do you explain Prime Video acquiring not 1, not 2, but 3 new animated series/films starring the Caped Crusader from Warner Bros. Animation?

Is it just me, or does it look like a Disney show for younger audiences here?

Prime Video is proud to announce that they have acquired 3 separate Batman animated media from Warner Bros. Animation. This media will consist of 2 new animated series and an original animated film. In fact, 1 of those animated series will actually be a spinoff of the animated film. I guess this means either Warner Bros. Animation or Prime Video has really high hopes for this animated film. Despite how it looks like the target demographic is younger audiences. At least, judging by the animation style above. Seriously, it looks like a Disney show in terms of style. It has that highly stylized look to it that screams “Disney”. Maybe I’m wrong though, and it’s just the animation style. We’ll just have to see when we see these new series.

Unfortunately, release dates are something we don’t have for these new Batman media. That’s something that will have to come later. Tune back into THS later to find them out when we do.

So what are these new Batman media about? Unfortunately, we only have the image above from Merry Little Batman and its upcoming spinoff Bat-Family as the sole image. However, we do have synopses for all 3 media. Complete with production staff, no less. You can check them all out below:
