After Netflix’s announcement that the hit series Ginny & Georgia would return in January, it was only a matter of time before we got a trailer. So Buckle up, peaches… it’s about to get bumpy. The series will launch globally on January 5, 2023, on Netflix.

If you missed the first-look images, make sure to check them out here. Then, watch the trailer below!

In the trailer for season 2, we see Ginny reeling after the revelation of why her mother, Georgia, is always running. Georgia is engaged to the mayor. Ginny’s father is still in the picture. Georgia is trying to make amends for her scheming ways. Yet, her past is still chasing her.

How do you live with the knowledge that your mother is a murderer? That’s what Ginny is going to have to figure out. Burdened with the new understanding that Kenny – her step-dad – didn’t die of natural causes, now she must deal with the fact that Georgia not only killed, she killed to protect her daughter. Georgia on the other hand would much prefer that the past be left in the past, after all, she’s got a wedding to plan! But the funny thing about Georgia’s past is that it never stays buried for long…

Ginny & Georgia season 2 will release 10 x 60 min episodes on January 5, 2023, on Netflix!
