This fall, Universal Pictures will launch Bros, the first romantic comedy from a major studio about two gay men maybe, possibly, probably falling in love.
Maybe.
I mean, they’re both busy with life, okay?
(I think we all know where this is going…)
Check out the newest trailer for Bros from Universal below.
The film stars Billy Eichner as a podcast host who is definitely fine not being in a relationship, thank you very much. Except his friends all seem to be coupling (or throupling) up. And then he meets Aaron (Luke Macfarlane). And what was that about not looking for love again?
The rom-com comes from an impressive creative team. Eichner himself wrote the film with Nicholas Stoller. Stoller, who previously worked on the Neighbors movies and Forgetting Sarah Marshall, will also direct Bros. Eichner serves as EP, while Stoller produces along with Joshua Church. Judd Apatow (Trainwreck, The Big Sick) also produces.
In addition to Eichner and Macfarlane, Bros stars Ts Madison, Monica Raymund, Guillermo Díaz, Guy Branum, Amanda Bearse, Dot-Marie Jones, and Bowen Yang.
Bros premieres in theaters September 30.
