It would seem that the “Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman, has been working injured. According to a report from Wrestling Observer Radio, Braun has been working for several weeks with an arm injury.

It was also reported that Strowman was removed from the Money in the Bank ladder match but not due to this arm injury. It could be a precautionary measure, as Braun has had arm issues before. Strowman underwent surgery back in November of 2018 to remove bone spurs. He was out of action until the end of January of this year.

Braun Strowman Hampered by Injury

Reports have said that Strowman could have been removed from the match because of some recent heat backstage. Rumors that Luke Harper was injured during the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal because of Strowman’s negligence. Backstage heat on Strowman has been another longstanding rumor.

According to the cagesideseats.com article, however, wrestling journalist Dave Metzler gave this as the *real* reason for Strowman missing the match:

The thing is – the Braun Strowman being taken out of the match is part of a longer story that will play out… He’s hurt – he’s clearly hurt, but he’s not hurt enough to be taking time off. That’s not why he’s not in the match, no. “

Whatever the actual reason is, Braun Strowman will be missing another big time match up.
