One thing is generally certain when it comes to Star Wars Celebration. If you’re a collector of Star Wars Art, there is going to be a plethora of artists and artwork from which to choose. This year, however, none may be as desired, or as stunning, as an exclusive Celebration poster dedicated to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

Despite whatever criticisms of the new Star Wars era fans may have, Rogue One is nonetheless regarded as the best film since Disney took over Lucasfilm. Some (like me) would even argue that the film is one of the best of the entire franchise. For this year’s Star Wars Celebration, artist Michael Pasquale has delivered an incredible tribute to the events that jump-started the Rebellion. Here is the full poster, entitled Stardust:

Rogue One Celebration Poster Stuns

With the piece Pasquale seems to have captured the very essence of Rouge One. The intricate artwork of the Celebration poster is accurate right down to the smallest detail. From everyone’s favorite new droid K-2SO, to Jynn Erso, to even the Ghost of Star War Rebels, the poster invokes the inspiring awe most of us felt the first time we saw the first of the new, anthology Star Wars films.

The Celebration poster doesn’t just give us the incredible imagery of Rogue One, however. The top portion of the artwork features Darth Vader, Grand Moff Tarkin, a young Leia, and the Death Star. This gives us a nostalgic reminder of the very first film that started it all back in 1977. Before any sequel, there was simply Star Wars.
