Netflix just released the first trailer of their anime adaption of Hero’s Magazine Ultraman. It will be done entirely in CGI. The manga, Ultraman, is about the events after the original Ultraman and his son. Shinjiro inherited the Ultraman power from his father and becomes the new Ultraman to protect earth. Instead of growing to giant size like most Ultraman series he is just normal sized wearing an armor that lets him tap into the Ultraman power.
Their series is produced by Japanese animation studio Production I.G. Their works include Attack on Titan and Ghost in the Shell. The anime is set to release on April 21, 2019 on Netflix worldwide. Leave a comment below if you’re excited for this anime adaption of Ultraman.
