The Jonas Brothers are starring in a Christmas movie coming to Disney+ later this year! Kevin, Joe and Nick are producing the new project. For now, the film has a working title of “Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie.” But, you can expect that to change in the coming months.
Variety reports that the plot of the film sees the brothers “face a series of escalating obstacles as they struggle to make it from London to New York in time to spend Christmas with their families.” 20th Century Television enlisted Oscar-winner Jessica Yu to direct the movie.
As a part of all the fun this morning, Disney+ put out an announcement clip for the Holiday season extravaganza. All three brothers are getting the fans ready for more details down the road. (And throwing it back to Love, Actually?) It’s a nice callback to their Disney Channel beginnings at the tail end of the 2000s.

Just a little while ago, Sabrina Carpenter worked with Netflix on A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter. Her approach to the Holidays was very musical and featured a ton of celebrity guests over the course of the special. Carpenter performed tons of songs off of her fruitcake EP.
Tudum previously spoke to the pop star about the experience filming the Christmas special. With all the covers and guests running around the set, it would be easy to get distracted. But, Carpenter really loved the magic of bringing everyone together to celebrate a special time of the year.
“We all had such a great time on set,” Carpenter explained to Tudum. “It was so fun to collaborate with such talented artists and friends of mine, and it was the first time I performed with all of our musical guests, and I’m such a fan of them all. It felt like we were making our own Christmas traditions together, so that was really fulfilling.”
