CREATURE COMMANDOS is one of the most widely anticipated of DC Studios’ and Warner Bros. Animation’s new series. Not least of which is because it’s one of the few adult animated shows in DC’s roster of series in general, courtesy of showrunner and executive producer James Gunn (Slither, Guardians of the Galaxy, Suicide Squad). Featuring Steve Agee as Economos, Maria Bakalova as Princess Ilana, Anya Chalotra as Circe, Zoe Chao as Nina Mazursky, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Sean Gunn as GI Robot & Weasel, David Harbour as Frankenstein, Alan Tudyk as Dr. Phosphorus, Indira Varma as The Bride, and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller; it certainly promises to be an interesting animated series. Or at least, a very star-studded cast.

Or at least, it will be when the titular squad of creatures finally makes its debut. When will that be, you might ask? Well, let’s find out together, shall we?

CREATURE COMMANDOS: Debut Date Details

HBO Max is proud to anounce the debut date of their upcoming CREATURE COMMANDOS. According to them, this adult animated series will make its streaming debut on Thursday, December 5, 2024. New episodes will then debut weekly after that until January 16, 2025. All for a grand total of seven episodes for this series, which may or may not be the first season. We’ll just have to hold out hope that maybe this will lead to a season 2.
