What is Daisy Jones and the Six?
Daisy Jones is a girl coming of age in L.A. in the late sixties. She’s sneaking into clubs on the Sunset Strip, sleeping with rock stars, and dreaming of singing at the Whisky a Go-Go. When she meets a new up-and-coming band, The Six, led by the brooding Billy Dunne, everything changes.
What happens next will become the stuff of legend. The story in the book is told interview style about the rise and fall of the infamous rock band. While the journalist is also uncovering the real reason behind the split at the height of their success.
