According to a report over at BodySlam.net, Kassius Ohno is on his way out of the NXT brand, to once again become an independent worker.

The article sites a “source”, but doesn’t really give many solid details. The former Chris Hero took to twitter to respond:

You couldn’t be more wrong. Get better sources!

Kassius was originally released from NXT in November of 2013. He then returned to the independent scene to return to being one the best wrestlers in the world. Towards the end of 2017 he resigned with the WWE, and has been on NXT since that time.

Needless to say it doesn’t look like Ohno will be going anywhere in the near future. He is currently in a feud with former EVOLVE rival Matt Riddle.
