Did any of you miss the theatrical debut of Belle back in January 2022? Perhaps you didn’t feel like going to theaters due to that ongoing pandemic going around? Or maybe you saw it, and now want to re-watch it without needing to head over to theaters? Well, GKIDS is now here to help you all out with that with the home video version of this award-winning anime film. They even have a new trailer for us to celebrate the occasion…kind of. Gales Of Song, Soon To Arrive
GKIDS, in partnership with Shout! Factory is proud to announce that they’re bringing Belle to digital download and Blu-ray. This latest anime masterpiece from Mamoru Hosoda will soon be available for you to watch on your PlayStation, Xbox, or whatever you’re using as home theater. Whether you want to download it or play the Blu-ray discs is up to you.
You can download Belle digitally starting on May 3, 2022. The Blu-ray version (which also contains the DVD version as part of a combo pack) will go on sale on May 17, 2022. You can preorder this one from GKIDS for $24.99. Additionally, though, there’s also going to be a special Steelbook version with the same release date as the Blu-ray version. That Steelbook version will be a Target exclusive, but you can also preorder it directly from Shout! Factory for $26.98, who is handling distribution.
Belle Blu-ray Release: Bonus Feature Details
So why should you get the Blu-ray version of Belle? Well, aside from getting to watch the film however many times you want, what you’re really getting is the bonus features. Both the Blu-ray and DVD versions contain:

- Finding the Voice of Belle

However, only the Blu-ray version contains:

That’s not all though. The Steelbook version of Belle from Shout! Factory also has an exclusive 18″ x 24″ folded poster that comes with it. It’s only until supplies last though. If you want that poster (which you can check out below), then you might want to hurry up with that preorder.
