Throwing a themed party is one of my all-time favorite things whether it’s for my birthday, to celebrate a life event, or even to celebrate one of my favorite TV Shows/Movies! However, inspiration for these gatherings doesn’t always come effortlessly to me. So, that’s where The Rose Table comes in serving as a wellspring of inspiration for my celebratory endeavors. Her latest party celebrates the opulence, as well as the fun of the hit Netflix Series, Bridgerton.
In case this is your introduction to the magical party maker. Katie-Rose Watson is the mastermind behind The Rose Table’s magical party ideas. She says that she hopes her party “inspires people to throw their own fabulous Bridgerton party to celebrate the third season.” My dream is to throw a delicious party fit for a diamond. Why? To celebrate the release of Part 2 of Bridgerton season 3 in the upcoming weeks, of course! But first, we need a menu, decor ideas, and most important…what do I wear?! So, check out the delicious and easy-to-make menu for The Rose Table’s Bridgerton Garden Party!
THE ROSE TABLE’S BRIDGERTON GARDEN PARTY MENU
So, the menu is inspired by Regency Era Tea Time and the exquisite costumes of the series. There’s a bright and beautiful Garden Party Salad, several different Tea Sandwiches, as well as what is sure to be my favorite the Spiced Honey Cream Cheese. The honey is a nod to the bees that are incredibly important to the Bridgerton family.
So, for desserts, there is a Strawberry Cake Roll, along with Lemon Lavender Shortbread Cookies, assorted chocolates (including chocolate-covered honeycomb), and Honeybee Cupcakes. Is it scandalous? Absolutely.
Of course, a Bridgerton Garden Party wouldn’t be complete without a signature drink. This one is inspired by popular Regency Era punch recipes and named aptly the Diamond of the Season Punch.
Are you inspired? I know I am! I cannot wait to have my friends over, dressed in our best Regency Era Garden Party Chic, to watch and celebrate the rest of Penelope’s (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin’s (Luke Newton) story!
