I think it’s safe to say that My Hero Academia is an anime that has long gone mainstream. It’s no wonder too. The manga of the same name by Kōhei Horikoshi (Oumagadoki Zoo, Barrage) is the basis for this anime, and it’s got one banger of a story. It’s a superhero story that, in my opinion, is better than what most of Marvel Studios and DC Studios combined puts out. Judging by the wild popularity of both the manga and the anime, I’d say plenty of people agree with me.
Thus, it’s not hard to imagine why My Hero Academia is getting a seventh season from studio Bones (Wolf’s Rain, Fullmetal Alchemist, Soul Eater). Don’t believe me? Then why not check out the official trailer for that upcoming season below, and see for yourself just why this superhero anime is number one in a lot of people’s book?
My Hero Academia Season 7: Details
TOHO animation has just posted this new PV trailer for My Hero Academia season 7 on YouTube. Not only does this PV trailer show off the story, animation, and even music for this upcoming season, but it even lets us know when we’re going to see it. At the end of the trailer, it reveals that this seventh season of the anime will make its premiere on May 4, 2024. Yes, that’s right. May the 4th. Star Wars fans might cheer at this reference. It’s no wonder too. Kōhei Horikoshi hasn’t exactly made his love of Star Wars a secret, so it’s no surprise that date is when the new season will premiere.
As for where you can watch My Hero Academia season 7? Well, you can do so only on Crunchyroll, where all the previous seasons have been premiering.
