Spring is just around the corner, and you can celebrate with something sweet over at Universal theme parks. Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood will launch the first ever “Butterbeer Season” tomorrow. 

Butterbeer Season, celebrating the drink from the Harry Potter franchise, will run from March 15 to April 30 in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter portion of the Universal parks. The event will celebrate the park’s favorite butterbeer treats, as well as introduce a few new ones.

The standard Butterbeer beverages come in cold, frozen, hot, and non-dairy versions. Park guests can also indulge in Butterbeer fudge, potted cream, and ice cream. During the first official Butterbeer Season, both parks will introduce a Butterbeer ice lolly. You can also get a Butterbeer in a collectible silver stein. 

In addition, each park will have something special to celebrate the season. Universal Orlando Resort will roll out Butterbeer caramels. Universal Studios Hollywood will officially open Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream counter within Honeydukes starting March 29. The counter will feature 10 different ice cream flavors, including Butterbeer, Banana, Chocolate, Mint, Orange, Vanilla, Toffee Nut, Granny Smith Apple, Pistachio, and Toffee Apple.

For the first time, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood celebrate Butterbeer™ Season, offering fans and guests a chance to enjoy Butterbeer in all-new ways within “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter,™” beginning March 15 and continuing through April 30, 2024.
