Swifties got a surprise taste of Reputation (Taylor’s Version) today. The teaser for upcoming Prime Video series Wilderness used “Look What You Made Me Do (Taylor’s Version)” as its main backing track.
The teaser highlights the thriller series with a song-appropriate premise: a woman’s supposed “happily ever after” quickly turns into a living nightmare on discovering her husband Will is having an affair.

Reputation was the sixth and final studio album Taylor Swift released via Big Machine Records. The artist is currently in the process of re-recording and re-releasing each of these six albums, denoting the difference in recordings with “Taylor’s Version” attached to the newer releases. Swift previously released re-recordings of the albums Fearless, Speak Now, and Red, with 1989 releasing soon. Reputation remains on the “upcoming” list, so getting “Look What You Made Me Do (Taylor’s Version)” will be pretty significant to fans, who will have to wait longer for the rest of the re-recorded album.
Wilderness even borrowed the Swift lyric as the tagline for the series.
About Wilderness
Liv becomes the actress starring in Will’s bad dreams after she learns about his betrayal, and her heartbreak is swiftly followed by another emotion: fury. The couple embark on an American road trip Liv’s fantasized about since she was little, from the Grand Canyon on through Yosemite, before ending up with a hedonistic weekend in Las Vegas. For Will, it’s a chance to make amends; for Liv, it’s a very different prospect—a landscape where accidents happen all the time. The perfect place to get revenge. Look what he made her do…
Wilderness comes from creator Marnie Dickens, based on the novel by B.E. Jones. So Young Kim directs and Elizabeth Kilgarriff executive produces. The series stars Jenna Coleman as Liv and Oliver Jackson-Cohen as Will. Ashley Benson and Eric Balfour also star.
Wilderness premieres on Prime Video September 15.
