Jonathan Majors is facing domestic violence allegations after his arrest in New York City three weeks ago. Deadline is reporting that talent manager Enertainment 360 has dropped Majors as a client. It’s the latest in a string of endorsements and other groups dropping him as a client or partner.
PR firm The Lede Company also dropped him last month as a client. The Met Gala is also “mutually agreeing” with Majors to not have him as a guest for the show.
He’s already shot his scenes for the upcoming season of Loki where he plays Kang the Conqueror. Avengers: The Kang Dynasty or Avengers: Secret Wars won’t be filming any time soon. Deadline is also reporting that Marvel has not had any discussions about dropping Majors from the MCU yet.
He was arrested on March 25th over an alleged domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman. The unnamed victim was taken to the hospital with “minor injuries to her head and neck”, according to authorities. Majors will go before a judge on May 8th as he faces multiple counts of harassment and assault from the New York City D.A.
Majors and his attorney released a set of text messages, and they also say they have video and testimony from witnesses that dispute the woman’s original allegations.
Before this event, Majors was having a star-making run with appearances in Loki, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Creed III, Devotion, and the upcoming Magazine Dreams.
