We’re sad to report that The Wire star Lance Reddick has passed away at the age of 60. The actor was found at his home early Friday morning. The cause of death is unclear, but there’s no presumed foul play.

Lance was currently on the press tour for the upcoming John Wick: Chapter 4, he plays Charon in the movie, the assistant to Ian McShane‘s Winston. He was scheduled for an appearance on the Kelly Clarkson Show for next week.

He’s best known for portraying Cedrick Daniels on the acclaimed series The Wire, appearing in all five seasons. He also had recurring roles on shows like Bosch, Oz, and Lost.

His upcoming projects include Percy Jackson and the Olympians and White Men Can’t Jump.
