Star Wars: Darth Vader Lightsaber Standing Lamp Will Light Your Way To The Dark Side [Review]

Those that know me, know how much I love Star Wars. From Action Figures to LEGO sets there is not much I don’t have in my collection. Well, today I am excited because I get to review a product that up until now I didn’t know I needed. I was just recently sent a Star Wars Darth Vader Lightsaber Standing Lamp from Toynk.com and I can not figure out why I didn’t own this sooner! This 5-foot tall lightsaber lamp retails for $139.99 and is available now at Toynk.com. You can check out my review of this lamp below.

STAR WARS DARTH VADER LIGHTSABER STANDING LAMP | 5 FEET TALL

If you are ready to join the Dark Side then this lamp is for you. First, we will talk a little about the lamp itself. This lamp is a 5-foot-tall replica of Darth Vader’s lightsaber. That is already pretty cool, but wait there is more. The lamp will plug into any standard outlet and also comes with a remote. This remote will let you brighten or dim the light to your liking. The blade comes with over 100 LED lights that will turn your office red. Here is my review of this lamp.

Cons Of The Darth Vader Lightsaber Standing Lamp

• If you are a fan of fancy boxes you are out of luck here. The Darth Vader lamp came in a plain brown box. Which I think is fine since why would you level a lamp in the box?
• Red is the color you get. If you were looking for other colored lights this lamp isn’t for you.
• The cord is around 72 inches I personally wish it was a little longer.
• At $139.99 the price point is a little higher than the Luke Skywalker Five-Foot Lamp.

Pros Of The Darth Vader Lightsaber Standing Lamp

• The Darth Vader Standing Lamp was packaged well
• The comes in three pieces the base, the saber hilt, and the blade. Was very easy to put together and use.
• The plug comes with an on/off switch that can be used by just pressing your foot on it.
• The remote works great and you can also dim and brighten the light with it.
• The red hue looks amazing at night. It gives off enough like that you can still work, game, or play.
• Even at 5 feet tall the lamp hardly takes up much space and is easy to display.
• Of course, the best thing is it looks just like Darth Vader’s lightsaber

My Final Thoughts

I am in love with this lamp. While to me some of the cons I listed were not bad, I could see some people feeling that way. Overall this lamp is amazing. It is so cool when it turns on and just has that badass look to it. It was very easy to assemble but I do wish it had a longer cord. The foot on/off switch is good and with it coming with a remote you now have the power of the Darth Vader Standing Lamp in your hands. If you are a Darth Vader fan this lamp is a must-have in your room or office. You can find this lamp and many others at Toynk.com.
