This year’s Halloween Horror Nights event at Universal Studios is shaping up to be one of the best ever. Not only will three classic monsters collide in a new maze, Michael Myers will slash his way through the park. And you can get a preview of the scares to come during Midsummer Scream.
Midsummer Scream, the world’s largest Halloween and horror convention, will bring HHN creative director John Murdy to the stage for a special presentation. Murdy will reveal exclusive details about this year’s Halloween Horror Nights event. Attendees will get a look inside the design process and also preview details about this year’s slate of haunted houses.
Last year, Murdy took HHN fans on a step-by-step walkthrough of the Bride of Frankenstein maze.
Midsummer Scream runs from July 29 – 31 at the Long Beach Convention Center. Murdy’s Halloween Horror Nights panel will take place Saturday, July 30.
Midsummer Scream showcases the diversity of Southern California’s haunt and horror community. Fans from around the world come together to experience a weekend of excitement and non-stop spooky fun with over 350 exhibitors, more than a dozen mini-haunts and attractions, panels, presentations, live performances, and more.
