The first trailer for Rob Zombie‘s take on The Munsters is here! It stars Jeff Daniel Phillips, Sheri Moon Zombie, Daniel Roebuck, Richard Brake, Catherine Schell, Cassandra “Elvira” Peterson, Jorge Garcia, and Sylvester McCoy. If you didn’t notice during the trailer, the film is rated PG for “macabre and suggestive material and scary images and language”. So this isn’t the Rob Zombie bloodbath version of The Munsters, it’s more along the lines of the classic television series.

The trailer says it’s releasing in 2022, but there’s no indication if it’ll be a theatrical or streaming release yet. We’ll keep you updated on all things Munsters as they develop.
