Sobriety is challenging. So is living a secret double life. But Kaley Cuoco’s ready to take on both as The Flight Attendant returns for season 2.
The HBO Max original dark comedy will officially premiere April 21. Today, the platform even released our first teaser for the new season. Check it out below.
Season 2 of The Flight Attendant finds Cassie (Cuoco) living her best sober life in Los Angeles. She’s moonlighting as a CIA asset in her spare time. But when an overseas assignment leads her to inadvertently witness a murder, she becomes entangled in another international intrigue.
In addition to Cuoco, returning cast members for season 2 include series regulars Zosia Mamet, Griffin Matthews, Deniz Akdeniz, and Rosie Perez. The series also features returning guest stars T.R. Knight, Yasha Jackson, and Audrey Grace Marshall. Finally, new season cast members include series regulars Mo McRae, Callie Hernandez, and JJ Soria, as well as new recurring guest stars Alanna Ubach, Cheryl Hines, Jessie Ennis, Mae Martin, Margaret Cho, Santiago Cabrera, Sharon Stone, and Shohreh Aghdashloo.
The Flight Attendant comes from creator Steve Yockey, who serves as co-showrunner and executive producer alongside Natalie Chaidez. Season 2 of the series filmed in Los Angeles, Berlin, and Reykjavik.
The show will return to HBO Max with a unique airing schedule, kicking off with a double-episode premiere on April 21. You can stream two more episodes the following week on April 28. After that, the series will drop weekly episodes until the finale on May 26.
