New York Comic-Con is back for 2021, and in turn, so is Funimation. And boy, do they have a load of stuff for us then.

Funimation is proud to officially announce their return to New York Comic-Con in 2021. To be specific, Funimation will hold their booth at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan on October 7, 2021 to October 10, 2021. Their booth will feature a wide variety of events and panels dedicated to various anime. Each day will feature a new event, with some events lasting the entire 4 days, so check in on every day to catch up on what’s new in the anime community.

For those of you who can’t make it in person to NYCC 2021 for various reasons, don’t worry. Funimation has that covered for you too. They will host daily recaps of the events for you on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and on their YouTube channel. Now if only they can figure out how to teleport food directly to your home, then it’ll be perfect. Ah, well, one can dream.

Funimation also invites its subscribers to a one-night only celebration of anime at NYC’s premier rooftop bar at The Press Lounge, blocks away from the convention center. The event is free on a first-come, first-serve basis with limited capacity and attendees must RSVP, be 21+ years of age, and must show their NYCC badge, proof of Funimation subscription and proof of COVID-19 vaccination. The event is for anime fans looking to kick back, catch up with old friends and new, and enjoy themed drinks, photo booths, and more under the stars.
